Payback Day

aka Lecturer Appreciation Day.

Camera died-ed on me, so I only got one nice video of the lects playing charades. Hehehe. <3 Ms Win Nee. Too bad I didn't catch Dr Goh doing his penguin impersonation. So cute.

Roaring My Way to Nuffnang Wild ‘Live’ Blogging.

With all the pollution in the world today, from water to air to ground and noise, it's not wonder we are losing more and more species of flora and fauna.

Even in Malaysia many animals are losing their homes and foodsource, even their lives to over logging and poaching. Poor badak and orang utan. Sang Harimau also takut d.

By the end of this century (not that long in the future. We celebrated the new millenium just a short while ago and poof it's now 2008) we humans may have advanced by leaps and bounds in the world of technology, but all's for naught if we destroy the rest of the world to do so.

"Cheh, we so geng with techie things d, replace oni la!" some might scoff. And we already have started.

Presenting, AIBO.

The perfect companion for your child. It barks, runs, cuddles. Just don't give him a bath.

But what's next? Are we going to just replace everything we destroy with inferior robotic copies?

Die lo. In that case, I think I will persuade as many people as possible to stop reproducing. Reduce human numbers so the rest of the animal kingdom as a slightly better chance of surviving.

So, do what you can to save our planet, unless you have a thing for robot everything.

This is a kill-two-birds-with-one-stone post. One, preach for Gaia a little. Two, try and get in for the Nuffnang Wild Live Blogging event. :D If I get in I've an idea on what to go as d.

ROARRRRRRRRR! Attack the tofu before it keeeels you!

Pavlov's Dogs.

That was the name of my futsal team.

And so I became Pavlov's bitch. xD

Had a fun time playing yesterday, and even though we didn't score any goals, and I only managed to block 15% of the shots (give face la, first time player leh).

We did win something though. Dr Goh came in the middle of the event and played with us, and he also chose the team with the most creative name. I first thought it was the something-something psychoduckies, but Pavlov's Dogs took home the hamper. Hehehehe. Buka-ing to share with everyone on Tuesday.

Hee. Adrian looked so little boy-ey.

Half-time entertainment.

Hahahhahahahah. Finally ada chance to sampat. Please note that it was taken after our last match, and was tired and sweaty and smelllyyyyy.

Hehehehehehehehe.

Kok Wui and his feet. If you look closely, both his feet had big ass patches of skin coming out. Imagine a dried up blister the size of a tennis ball.

Adrian, Xing, Jon and I went to Mid Valley after that for makan makan, (yes, while wearing our futsal clothes and stinking up the whole place). As we were about to leave, we saw this:

Hmm, don't know why the pic turned up so pixelated. Might be becouse Jon zoomed it to the max. Digital zoom suxxors la. It's not that apparent here, but that chica had a third of her ass hanging out.

Gtg now. Need to massage my poor calf until it stops spasming, then I shall drift off to slumberland...

All I Want Is A Hug

Things are going fine here.

There's less quarreling in the home front and school work's heavy but can be dealt with. I can even slip in some fun fun time with my new friends. Financially, heh. When am I NEVER broke?

So why do I feel depressed all of a sudden? The day started pretty good, and I actually woke up not feeling tired. After lunch today, as Alvin was sending me home I started having that ... feeling. The one you get when you feel something is wrong, but you don't know quite what, and seriously, I don't know what.

This post actually started out as an IM to a friend of mine but I couldn't click the send button when I was done typing. Even though I know she wouldn't mind me spewing nonsense, and will even help me out with my feelings, I just couldn't do it. Heh, but somehow I'm typing this on my blog. I wonder whether I'll click the publish button. Did not for the past 2 posts.

In my PSY110 class one of my assignments is to reflect on each week's lecture and write about it.

I'm trying to reflect on what's going on in my mind and body, hoping to find out what's causing my current depressing mood.

But I can't pay attention to one thing, or even a few things. All I'm getting is a jumble of emotions and random ( is it really so random?) memories.

I feel like there's a "refine search" message popping up into my head, but instead of it being in clear grey, it's white and blends into the background.

Does that make sense?

It did to me when I was typing it out, and still did when I read it once. Didn't make quite as much sense when I read it third time round though.

Why can't I get a shoulder to cry on when I need it? A pillow just doesn't cut it at the moment.

Exercise.

This fly's gonna get some this Sunday.

Never thought Fly will play futsal right? More so if you were there when I batted a football away with my hand... when I wasn't the goalie.

ROFL.

May 13

Thank you for being a caring generation.

One that doesn't quite care about petty differences. Or colour. Or religion.

Thank you for being a generation that understands.

No matter how much we bitch about it, Moral and Sejarah did teach us those things.

I am grateful for that, and a whole lot more.

We are Malaysians, we are one, we are united.

Jati was very much like our country. Yes, we each are in our own cliques, we have our little squabbles, but when the time comes, we do come together and support each other.

I will never forget that.

Nokia IAC

For my oh so creative phrase of who's my fav. local artist, I got 2 VIP passes, a complimentary drink, goodie bags and access to theVIP area. =D

And back to LalaLa Kerjalah for tomorrow's MeetTheSeniors session.

*sigh* new intake also lacks eye candy.

edit: sigh. Saturday already, and with 29 minutes until door closes, I'm still at home. No transport. :( Either no one wants to go, or they're at the Freedom Fest, or they're sleeping off the effects of Freedom Fest. Hehehe.

I became Teresa Kok.

All thanks to the barger Kenny Sia.

The sei fei lou turned me from this

young, vibrant, wrinkle free youth

to this.

Sei mou? Thankfully still not as bad as Ty or Chong Xian la. They got converted to a different religion, plus added wrinkles.

Lol. I need to be photographed in my pajamas more. From the Nuffnang blog to Pinkpau's to Kennysia's. A few more and set la, I can leach from their popularity liao. *basks in other's spotlight*

Sunway Lagoon-ing again

Ouchies.

Back ache :(

Sharon, Su Szen.

Had a nice time with new friends at Sunway Lagoon yesterday anyway.
Well worth the pain. Hehehe.

Peter aka Jie Xing, Jon, Alvin.

Proof that I'm getting O-L-D. *cries in the corner*

Chlorine ruined my hair. Two washes, gallons of conditioner, still so plastic-esque.

Hardly sat in any of the rides this time round, but got my money worth with the wetpark. Though I was having my period. Hardly any people = less waiting time.

My hand shakes alot. Can hardly get good shots without flash.

Sigh. Getting so broke. Brunch, arcade time, themepark ticket, locker rental, dinner. Is it any wonder why I'm always so broke?

Self proclaimed cute look.

No Freedom Fest, no SG trip, no BKK, no Langkawi, no Redang. The worst of all, no more good food. :(

Accidental shot.

Going to be busy for the rest of the week too, although classes only start on Monday.

Hangus-ed soup. We left the fire on while waiting for someone to refill our pot. :/

Thank goodness my second semester's a short one. I've classes every day, but for most days it's only one 2 hour class per day. So I'll be wasting so much time commuting.

Oh, how I missed them

Finally, after almost a month of daily reminders of that sad sad period.

I never would have thought I'll miss seeing "you touch my tra la la my ding ding dong" or "horse sperm" in my top 20 searched queries.

Thank you for stopping. Thank you for not reminding me everytime I check my stats.

(Wouldn't hurt clicking on them ads either. I crave retail therapy.
